3.1 Funding Services: MZF Protocol provides an infrastructure layer that connects eligible startups with eligible investors through token-aligned financing models, including pre-TGE loans, revenue-based financing, and convertible debt.
3.2 Community and Educational Content: We provide access to articles, posts, and community discussions. All such content is general in nature and does not constitute financial product advice, legal advice, or tax advice.
3.3 Token ($MZF): The $MZF token is a utility token intended to provide access to platform features such as staking, governance participation, and community engagement. It is not a share, security, or financial product. However, classification may vary depending on jurisdiction.
